The menu is classic bar food with a Korean twist, for example: fries piled with Korean beef, cilantro and topped with a fried egg, or burgers with spicy mayo and kimchi stir-fry. The original food truck on University Boulevard is always swarming with high school and college students, but attracts regulars too, since it's been on the corner since 2011.

OH MY GOGI!: This Korean fusion late-night food truck was inspired by Roy Choi’s pioneering Kogi BBQ truck in L.A., but the owners have made it a Houston staple. This isn’t a definitive list but it’s a start. We came up with some of our favorite late-night/early-morning options for the next time you don’t want to go home quite yet, insomnia strikes or you swept right on a vampire and don’t know where to go. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t places to go and things to do when most Houstonians are snugly snoring in their beds.
